For Maybelline’s 10th anniversary as a NYFW sponsor, we wanted to celebrate with a bang! We went from a blank venue to a space that’s exploding with color & experiences that’s bound to make you want to play. The textures and elements of NYC can be seen seamlessly woven throughout the entire space.
Key contributions:
Brand experience & art direction: Oversaw the creative development and execution of the event's brand experience, collaborating with an external agency to direct the overall consumer journey and provide art direction for graphics, color palette, and 3D visual installations.
You first enter in through the subway station turnstiles featuring Superstay Matte Ink, one of Maybelline’s key product franchises.
The Maybelline lab is a dedicated space used to create your perfect custom-shades of Matte Ink lipstick.
The Lemonade Bodega is bold and bright yellow, and highlights our Lemonade Eyeshadow Palette
and comes with a fresh juice from pressed juicery.
“After Hours” delineates the entire space from a day-time to
night-time New York City & highlights our iconic The Falsies Mascara.
